To be clear, we’re not a broker. We don’t simply find work and pass it on. Our approach to consultancy is different: everything we do is focused on delivering clear, practical solutions. This gives our clients access to a broader array of skills and specialisms, and allows us to deliver more.
At the same time, it means our Associates aren’t obliged to accept any work, and we’re not contractually obliged to provide it. This ensures we can remain sustainable, whilst providing a holistic and effective service.

No - we have a number of consultants who are in other paid employment, and we think that could put them off, which would be counterproductive to our model.

No. Just like our Asssociates aren’t obliged to take on work, we’re not obliged to provide it. We want to create a consultancy which able to solve our client’s problems for them in a cost effective and efficient manner. We believe too many consultants take too long to get to the answer, so everything about our business is geared up to keep things simple, and solve problems quickly.
