I’ve got experience across all funding disciplines, writing achievable funding strategies for charities large and small, as well as securing income and setting up charities in other countries across the world.
As a CEO, I reduced unit cost by 22%, increased opening hours by 96%, increased the number of people helped by 40%, and demonstrated the value and Return on Investment of the service, using approved and robust methodology.
I’ve also delivered training on workforce strategy, embedding culture, and reducing staff turnover.
